Stroller Strides is a a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. It is a 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. For your first class, be sure to show up 15 minutes early, ask plenty of questions, and hang out in the back if you wish!
Strides 360® FREE Trial Class Free • 1 visit • Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, and barre and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. It focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Five Class Pass II Stroller Strides® Strides 360® Bodyboost $110 • 5 visits • The Stroller Strides® Three Class Plan is good for any (5) Three Stroller Strides Classes at any Fit4mom Honolulu Location. Ideal for busy moms with limited schedules, who are looking to try out a new fitness option, who still desire to workout and and connect with other moms, but who cannot commit to a monthly plan. This pass is non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. Pass expires two months from purchase date.
Body Boost / Body Well® | 8 Class Pass $160 • 8 visits • This pass is for six (6) Body Back® Workouts. Classes must be used within 12 Months. Body Back workouts are HIIT workouts.
