Stroller Strides is a a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. It is a 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. For your first class, be sure to show up 15 minutes early, ask plenty of questions, and hang out in the back if you wish!
Strides 360® FREE Trial Class Free • 1 visit • Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, and barre and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. It focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!
Body Boost | 8 Class Pass $160 • 8 visits • This pass is for six (6) Body Back® Workouts. Classes must be used within 12 Months. Body Back workouts are HIIT workouts.
Ten Class Pass | Stroller Strides® Strides 360® StrollerBarre® $189 • 10 visits • By Popular Demand! The pass is good for any (10) Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Fit4Baby classes. Ideal for busy moms with limited schedules, who still desire to workout and and connect with other moms, but who cannot commit to a monthly plan. This pass is non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. Pass Expires 6 Months From Purchase Date.

Unlimited Membership $99 every month • Unlimited visits • Our most popular membership offers access to all Stroller Strides® and Strides 360® classes offered through FIT4MOM Honolulu. We also offer on demand amazing workouts virtual! You may hold your membership up to 3 Months.
Maternity Leave Membership | 2 Months Unlimited Classes $179 • Unlimited visits for 2 months • 2 months of unlimited in-person workouts during your maternity leave.
