Stroller Strides is a a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. It is a 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. For your first class, be sure to show up 15 minutes early, ask plenty of questions, and hang out in the back if you wish!

Fit4Baby® Six Week Session $189 • 12 visits • The Fit4Baby® Six Week Session pass is good for four (12) Fit4baby® classes + all of our Stroller Strides & Strides 360 classes. Our Fit4Baby® classes are perfect for expecting moms looking to get a full-body workout that is safe for each trimester of pregnancy. Your pre and post natal certified Instructor follows all ACOG (American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) recommendations in pregnancy and fitness. This pass is non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. Must be used within six months of purchase date.
